Returns

if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us by email prior to returning your item. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, this includes all tags and labels attached.

*Please note that we do not offer refunds on sales items, however should you be dissatisfied with your purchase we can offer an exchange.

**Please note that for hygienic purposes we reserve the right to not accept returns of earrings.

***Please also note that in order to be eligible for a refund, the piece of jewellery must have the original tag in place.
